Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
Notice: This Acceptable Use Policy is a working draft and should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before the platform accepts real users.
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for how you may use FanVori ("the Platform"). It applies to all users — fans, creators, and visitors — and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. Any content involving minors in an inappropriate context will be removed immediately, and the account will be permanently banned and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Any content depicting minors in a sexual context. This will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement without exception.
- Content that threatens, incites, or glorifies violence against any person or group.
- Hate speech — content that degrades or dehumanises individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- False or dangerous health, fitness, or nutrition advice presented as professional medical or clinical guidance.
- Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activity, including the sale of prohibited substances.
- Malware, viruses, phishing links, or any other malicious code.
- Content that infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
- Content that violates any person's right to privacy, including doxxing (publishing private personal information without consent).
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are prohibited regardless of whether they involve prohibited content:
- Harassment and abuse: Sending threatening, abusive, or persistent unwanted messages to any user.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, creator, or organisation, or creating misleading profiles.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, posting repetitive or irrelevant content, or using the Platform for promotional purposes outside its intended use.
- Fake engagement: Artificially inflating subscriber counts, views, likes, or other engagement metrics through bots, purchased services, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent payment disputes after receiving access to content.
- Ban evasion: Creating a new account after being suspended or banned, or assisting a banned user in circumventing a ban.
- Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or accessing another user's account without authorisation.
- Scraping and automated access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, collect, or copy content or data from the Platform without our express written permission.
- Platform interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or its systems, or to disrupt, overload, or interfere with its operation.
- Unauthorised redistribution: Downloading, copying, screenshotting, or redistributing members-only or single-session content without the creator's explicit permission.
5. Creator-Specific Rules
- Accurate representation: Preview images, descriptions, and promotional material must accurately represent the content behind them. Misleading previews designed to obtain memberships under false pretences are prohibited.
- Health & fitness claims: Do not make unsubstantiated claims about health outcomes. Content presented as professional medical or clinical advice must be appropriately qualified.
- Consent: Obtain consent from all persons depicted in your content before posting.
- No third-party accounts: You may not manage or post content on behalf of another person's account without their explicit written authorisation.
- Honest promotions: Any paid promotions, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships within content must be clearly disclosed.
6. Fan-Specific Rules
- Do not harass, pressure, or send abusive messages to creators.
- Do not attempt to identify or reveal the real-world identity of a creator who has not publicly disclosed it.
- Do not redistribute or re-upload content you access through a membership or single-session purchase.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes must only be initiated for genuine billing errors. Abuse of the chargeback process will result in account termination.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it using the report button on the relevant content or profile, or email [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action. Reports are confidential.
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this AUP, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: A formal notice that a violation has occurred.
- Content removal: Removal of specific content that violates this AUP.
- Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of account access.
- Permanent termination: Permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending earnings (where fraud or serious policy violation is involved).
- Legal referral: Reporting of illegal content or conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
The severity of enforcement action will generally reflect the severity of the violation, but we reserve the right to permanently terminate accounts for a first offence where the violation is serious.
9. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the action. Include your account details and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Our decision on appeal is final.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
